Included are: 6 Serrated Steak Knives, 1 Slicer Knife and 1 Carving Fork. All come beautifully boxed with a form-fitted insert holding them securely in place. The blades on all 7 knives in the steak knife set are made from T420 high carbon stainless steel. The tine on the carving fork is made from 300 series high nickel stainless steel. The handles on the utensils in the kitchen knife set are made from permanently cast silver brushed aluminum with a satin finish. These kitchen tools should not be washed in the dishwasher.
